We have designed a range of web packages that enable you to get on the web with a minimum of hassle and cost. They are richly featured professional web sites that we can offer at a low price as we have got rid of as much of the expensive web design work as possible for each new customer. There’s still plenty of choice and you will have a unique looking site residing on a commercial web server (and a companion email server).
You can start small and work your way up. When appropriate (for example when you have a proven web site that is making money for you), you can consider spending more on unique design, functionality and databases. You can upgrade your package whenever you like and you will get full credit for the unexpired period of your old package.
Our packages are constantly being reviewed and improved, so ask if the feature you want is not there and we might even develop it and include it in your package! Some packages are not even listed here, so do ask for your specific needs!

Presence Web
A Presence Web is the ideal entry point into a presence on the web. You have a presence or visibility at minimal cost whilst you determine, in due course, whether a more significant web site is appropriate for your business. The standard Presence Web contains 3 pages. A Home Page, About Us and Contact Us.
The cost to provide a presence web is around £107 p.a. plus a one off set up charge. This typically includes registering a UK domain name, a POP3 email address with auto-responder capability, that can be forwarded to another email account or used stand-alone, web hosting and up to 2 updates per year.
Brochure Web
A Brochure Web is the ideal method for having your business brochure published - globally - on the Internet but at low cost. Many people nowadays when looking for products or services do their initial research on the web first, and your Brochure Web site may make all the difference between being considered or not at all.
The standard Brochure Web, contains 4 pages. A Home Page, About Us, Contact Us, The Brochure Page where you have a selection of pictures and text boxes that together constitute the main body of your brochure.
The cost to provide a Brochure Web site is around £157 p.a. plus a one off set up charge. This typically includes a UK domain name, a POP3 email address with auto-responder capability that you may have forwarded to any other email account if you prefer, Web hosting costs and up to 3 updates per year.
Catalogue Web
A catalogue web allows you to display your products in a structured manner. You maintain your catalogue in an off-line database which we use to build one web page per product. The standard catalogue web contains 5 pages (plus one page per catalogue item). A Home Page, About Us, Contact Us, Order Form and the Catalogue (which shows a thumbnail picture of each item on an index page, which then links to a detail page for each item). The standard site allows for 10 items in the catalogue.
The cost to provide a catalogue web is around £250 p.a. plus a one off set up charge. This typically includes
a UK domain name, up to 200 POP3 email addresses with auto-responder capability, plus many forwarders - all controlled by you from your own control panel. Also Web hosting costs and up to 4 updates per year.
Designer Web
A bespoke web site but with fixed pricing. Using this it is possible to budget accurately for the build costs for developing your own website. The Designer Web is purely build and deliver. You take responsibility for your domain name, maintenance, training, hosting, web usage statistics and email services. If you need these items, you should consider our Designer Complete Service. This package is more suited to technically competent customers. You will receive basic documentation of the web site build parameters for ongoing maintenance. A typical web site would contain a Home Page, About Us, Contact Us, Subject matter pages grouped under say 5 headings with each of these further sub-divided into, say, up to 10 pages. Deeper levels are possible.
The Designer Web site has a static structure with static content - Nothing changes without a manual update and upload to the web server. The cost to provide a Designer Web is around £400 p.a. plus £50 per page.
If you have a set of similar pages that share a common heading and layout, we will provide you with a database for your input and rather than a per page charge for this section of your web, there is a single charge of around £400. There is no limit to the number of pages that we have yet come across - one per database entry - although we are unable to provide image scanning for this section in this fixed price. We will provide you with the software tool for maintaining your web site.
