Acceptable Usage Policy eShopHost may suspend or cancel any account where web content includes illegal material (including copyright works sound, video or music), adult material (including pornographic or obscene text or images - at the sole discretion of eShopHost), or Warez material (e.g. password cracking, IP spoofing or links to sites containing them) Web Space Usage Web Host accounts are for the use of the account holder only.  They may not be used for web hosting services for further sale to a third party. High Resource Usage Policy Should a web site use unacceptably high levels of resource (bandwidth to the internet or processor utilisation), then eShopHost reserves the right to suspend the web site to avoid service problems for other web sites. Payment Policy Web hosting is available by prepayment only. Payments must be made by cheque. The customer is liable to refund any bank charges due to a dishonoured cheque, and service may be immediately discontinued.  Customers will be invoiced prior to the end of their prepayment period. Payment must be made in pounds sterling Cancellation Policy eShopHost may cancel a web host account at any time and will provide a pro-rata refund for the remaining period of the prepayment made unless the customer is in breach of these terms.  The customer may cancel their account at any time, but no refunds can be made outside the guarantee period. Indemnification The customer agrees that they will indemnify eShopHost from any demands made by its users arising from the customer’s web site, email services, products or services provided through an eShopHost web host account. Disclaimer eShopHost will not be responsible for any damage that your business may incur as a result of services provided by eShopHost, including any delays or service interruptions.  eShopHost make no warranty or fitness for use claims for the web hosting service
